How to submit a WUC official transcript request

Email registrar@wuc.edu with the following information:

  • Full name as registered with WUC (include any prior names)
  • WUC student ID if you have it
  • Program (MSAHM / MSCSE / ESL / CEU / TCM Certificate)
  • Year(s) of attendance and graduation year if applicable
  • Recipient — name and mailing address of the institution, employer, or licensing board (or “send to me” for personal copy)
  • Purpose — e.g. California Acupuncture Board license application, transfer to another university, employment verification

Processing time: typically 5–7 business days from receipt of payment. Rush requests can be accommodated — note “RUSH” in the subject line and the registrar will confirm the expedite fee.

Unofficial transcripts & in-progress grades

If you only need to check your grades for personal reference (not for an external recipient), log into WUC Moodle at learn.wuc.edu — current term grades and historical course records are visible inside your dashboard. Only sealed, signed transcripts require this request form.
