Student Services & Affairs
A student-first approach: counseling, academic support, financial guidance, and personal well-being.
At Whitewater University of California (WUC), we prioritise students, with a vision centred on your success. The Student Affairs Division is structured to cater to the diverse needs of our student community — counselling, support programs, and services across the MSAHM, MSCSE, ESL, and CEU programs.
Our goal is to help students thrive in all aspects of college life: academic, financial, health, and personal well-being. Through the expertise and support of our administration, faculty, and staff, we ensure students receive the guidance and assistance needed to excel at WUC and beyond.
Student Complaint Process
We work hard to address concerns directly. If something isn’t resolved, here’s the formal escalation path.
At Whitewater University of California, we strive to offer high-quality instruction and services to all students. Faculty and staff work diligently to meet student needs in a courteous and efficient manner, adhering to college policies and applicable laws. If a student is dissatisfied with a policy or employee conduct, they can submit a complaint — either verbally or in writing — to the relevant faculty member, staff, or administrator.
Before filing a formal complaint, students are encouraged to resolve their concerns directly with the faculty member or manager involved. If the issue remains unresolved after informal discussion, a formal complaint can be submitted to the appropriate supervisor or administrator.
Formal complaint email: complaint@wuc.edu — please include detailed information about the issue and a summary of the informal-resolution steps already attempted.
Academic — Student / Faculty Complaint
For concerns about teaching, curriculum, or faculty conduct in your program.
Academic — Grade & File Review
For disputed grades or requests to review your academic file.
Non-Academic — Student Affairs
For concerns about administration, billing, facilities, or peer conduct.
Most complaints should be resolved at the campus level — that’s the most efficient way to handle issues within the campus. If a complaint cannot be resolved on campus, students may escalate to the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC):
Visit the ACCSC official complaint page at accsc.org/student-center/complaints and fill out the ACCSC Complaint Form. See our Accreditation page for the full ACCSC contact details and BPPE escalation path.
