First time logging in?

If you’ve just been admitted, the Admin Office will email your Moodle credentials within 1–2 business days of enrollment confirmation. Your username is the part of your WUC email address before @wuc.edu, and your initial password is in that welcome email.

The first time you log in, Moodle may prompt you to change your password. Pick something memorable but unique to this account — you’ll be using it daily and your WUC credentials should not be shared with any other service.

If you have not received credentials within 2 business days of paying your first tuition invoice, email admin@wuc.edu from the address you used for your application — that’s how the Admin Office verifies your identity for an account lookup.

Credentials checklist

  • You’re currently or previously enrolled in WUC classes

Term grades and your academic record are visible inside Moodle once a term closes. For an official transcript (sealed, signed, for license applications or transfers), use the Official Transcript Request Form.

I see two Moodle URLs on different WUC pages. Which is correct?

Use learn.wuc.edu. Older WUC pages occasionally still link to legacy domains — the school is migrating everything to learn.wuc.edu as the canonical Moodle URL.
