California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education
BPPE — Approved to Operate in California
Whitewater University of California is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) as a non-exempt institution. Approval to operate means compliance with state standards as set forth in the California Education Code (CEC) and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (5 CCR).

California Acupuncture Board (CAB) — Approved School
Whitewater University of California is approved by the California Acupuncture Board (CAB), and graduates of the MSAHM program are eligible to sit for the California Acupuncture Licensing Examination.
Licensure requirements vary by state. The institution has not determined whether the MSAHM curriculum meets the educational requirements for licensure or certification outside California. Prospective students should consult the relevant licensing boards before enrolling.

The transferability of credits that students earn at Whitewater University of California is at the complete discretion of an institution to which students may seek to transfer. Acceptance of the degree, diploma, or certificate that students earn in the educational program is also at the complete discretion of the institution to which students may seek to transfer. If the credits or degree, diploma, or certificate that students earn at this institution are not accepted by the institution to which students seek to transfer, students may be required to repeat some or all of their coursework at that institution. For this reason, students should make certain that their attendance at our institution will meet their educational goals. This may include contacting an institution to which students may seek to transfer after attending the Whitewater University of California to determine if their credits or degree, diploma, or certificate will transfer.
