Campus visit questions

How do I request a campus visit?

Email grad-admissions@wuc.edu or call (408) 913-9393 with your name, program of interest, language preference and a preferred date window. Wait for Admissions to confirm the visit date and check-in arrangements before traveling.

Can I visit at any time during office hours?

Administration hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00; weekends are by appointment. Office hours do not guarantee an available admissions tour. Please arrange your visit in advance.

Is a campus visit the same as admission or an open-house reservation?

No. Confirm whether you are arranging an individual visit or an open-house RSVP. A visit or admissions conversation does not establish formal admission. Ask Admissions about the current event dates and complete the published application process separately.

What can I see or discuss during my visit?

Ask in advance about classrooms, faculty conversations or teaching-clinic visits. Availability depends on the confirmed arrangement. Prepare questions about the language track, qualifications, timetable, itemized costs and next intake; past event activities are not guaranteed for each visit.
